Thicker than the the other mat I had owned for many years. This one is soft for my knees and has a strap if you want to carry it. I am very satisfied.

Very thick and supportive. Gave it to my mom for her birthday and she liked it.

Not a great purchase but better than nothing.
For the thickness I was expecting a firmer mat so comfort when kneeling is not great. Does not grip the floor when doing fast movements.
