Weber Go-Anywhere Charcoal Grill

I had like 20 years without starting a fire in a charcoal grill, I saved the day for my father's 77 birthday, and I found the perfect opportunity to use it for the first time, I bought enough meat to feed an army of 7 carnivores, I started the fire and with proper time it was ready to grill, I grilled arrachera, New york strips and rib eye, the timing, the temperature, and the duration o the grill was great, I had a great experience with it, it was so easy to clean and I will use it again this weekend and the more to come while staying at home. Its so practical, it fitted in the back of my car seat and it gave an authentic grilled taste like in a pro grill... this is so small but useful, practical and powerful. I totally recommend it, just watch out where you put it, because it get very very hot beneath the grill. Great, loved it!

I love this portable on the go grill. It's very light to travel with. It's easy to install. Everything about this grill makes you love it! It's grills your food perfect! Everything I grilled from filet minion, burgers, hotdogs,corn and chicken turned out great. I recommend this on the go grill because you can set up in the smallest to biggest spot and enjoy yourself by yourself or with family and friends..

My wife bought me the Go Anywhere Charcoal grill for picnics at the parks. I love it! I was amazed at the quality of the grilled items and the even heat distribution. As this is a portable grill, I clean it after each use and it cleans back to a factory new condition each time! It does require more charcoal than that recommended in the manual. I heap a full portable chimney starter and that provides the heat needed to provide excellent sear, char and doneness. I love the adjustable vents and successfully used it in a sustained winds in excess of 35mph off the lake, without charcoal ash blowing on the food.

I bought this grill to use for camping but living in an apartment, it’s perfect for taking to our common area for grilling. I’ve already used it twice in the first week! This is an awesome little grill that will get a lot of use. The chimney starter and lighter cubes were an afterthought but I wouldn’t buy this grill without them.

This is a gem. Very portable. In general, it is a very fuel efficient cooker for small cooks and/or high heat searing with charcoal. It is especially easy to clean. As with everything Weber, it is versatile. It works great as a searing station when reverse searing steaks. Easily gets above 500 degrees.

In general, I love this grill! It has a lot of PROS It is super convenient to bring it to the picnic, it cools off fast and stays clean at the outside bottom so you can throw it that back in your car and go. There’s enough vents and the gaps on the top rack for food are not too big. There’s only a couple CONs for me: the foldable legs are a great idea but it’s not very easy to fold them in with just one person, using one hand (cause you need to lift the grill up holding to the sides of it with both hands). Also during the assembly I found out that the plastic handle covers still stay a little wobbly after you screw them on as tight as possible. They stay on, but a bit loose.

Awesome portable grill. Have the jumbo joe and Smokey joe and for portability and travel this is better IMO. Can stash all my grill items inside (chimney, charcoal, brush,light) and have a little kit ready to go. I cut my grate in half as well to store (Weber should make this standard). Have 10 Weber’s from the 26” all they way down to the Smokey. This is my first non-kettle and I love it.

True to its name, Go-Anywhere is portable, easy to carry and is quite multifunctional in that it can grill, smoke and accommodate cast iron pans for cooking outdoors. The legs that also serve as locks for the cover keep everything in place neatly.

The handle on the top and the foldable stand, securing the lid, makes it so easy to carry this grill anywhere. Love this grill.

I love my Weber go anywhere Grill, but there is one exception and it is a big one. The handles get so hot we have to use an oven glove just to take the lid off or grab the side handles so we can adjust the vents because they are hard to adjust when the grill is hot, but when the grill is cool they move with ease and that is a huge issue.
