Works great. Easy to use.

this is a verry good popper at the end of the popping cycle it goes everywhere except in the bowl but what is popcorn without a little excitement.. lol . the popping shout will not hold much and it is verry quick at popping.

makes good popped corn, but shoots out hot unpopped kernels at a high rate of speed at the start.

The popper quickly heated and began spitting out popcorn but the cowling over the top was not angled down enough to prevent a few hot unpopped kernels of corn from exiting and landing on the counter and/or floor.

Seemed like a pretty nice unit, but the heating element failed after 3 months. I had purchased an extended warranty from Walmart, but they say I have to file with the manufacturer since it's within West Bend's 12 month warranty period. I have no idea if they'll stick me with shipping costs. If all goes well I'll submit a better review.

Purchased this air popper bc I like fresh popcorn. However, it pops the popcorn but it tastes stale. So I'm back to using the stovetop to make popcorn.

All The bad things said in other reviews are true. I bought it two weeks ago and now it's dead. It threw lots of kernels out before popping, top part is not secure. I tried using less yesterday and it was worse so after 10 minutes or so I used a full measure only for it to quit (permanently). I seldom return anything because of the hassle and don't see an easy way to take it apart to see where it failed and if it can be fixed. I wonder if all air poppers are this bad.
