I am new to gluten free cooking. I ordered gf cookbooks, snd the ingredients were nearly all new to me. I like the taste of the coconut flour. It was not sweet, like I thiught it would be. I was very glad to find it sold by Walmart online. It is difficult to find! It makes recipes complete and tastes great.

Pricey but works great
I have to say the amount of Coconut Flour you get for the price is high, but if you are looking for a very keto friendly flour, this is it. Works great in the recipes we have tried so far.

Very nice texture. Works well in all recipes. Also helps with the grainy texture of baked goods when using almond flour.

This is an excellent product and receipt of the order was reasonable. It didn't get 5 stars because one of the packages received had an illegible expiration date.
