At first I thought it was the milk, I didn't like. It must of be something I added to it. Mostly, this time with the powdered milk, I just made Hot Chocolate. Since the initial, not so much, I've used almost ALL of the container. So, YES, I would recommend this product. ; )

anything from Hoosier Farms is quality. l had my first coffee fix this a. m. because I was waiting color this to arrive. it didn't disappoint, creamy with no weird after taste and a slight foaming with a frother. i have been buying heavy whipping cream which was getting expensive. this will be a less expensive alternative

Whole milk without worrying about expiration is the perfect description of this dried whole milk powder. I use the powder whenever I'm making a "milk/cream" dressing/sauce. Easy to mix (should do it the day before and chill in fridge). Storage in my pantry means readily available as needed.

Something happens to processed milk. If you've ever had milk squirted at you straight from the cow, you already know this. But for very processed milk, this is as good as it gets. I always premix it with warm water, because it doesn't break down all that well with cold. After the small amount of warm water is mixed in, I add strained refrigerated water and keep it for two days.

I've added it to bread dough and pancake batter, and it gives everything a richer flavor and softer texture. I even use it in soups to make them creamier without having to open a fresh carton of milk. Since it's high in protein and calcium and has a long shelf life, I feel good knowing I can keep it stocked for emergencies or days when I just don't want to run to the store.

this is the 2 lb whole milk powder:) actual real 100% milk and can be used in a variety of ways. smoothies ,milkshakes, soups, coffee creamer anything you would use milk for:) i like to take camping with me and mix with ice water for cereal in the morning and is a great flavor and no artificial anything so you know your getting just the milk your body needs:)

picked up this whole milk powder to have a shelf-stable option on hand, and it's quickly become one of my pantry staples. I love that it's just one ingredient, hormone-free whole milk with no added sugar or artificial flavors. When I mix it with water, it tastes fresh and creamy, and it works beautifully in smoothies and hot cocoa.

It doesn't have that buttery taste like others, but it's o.k. Will continue to buy if Walmart doesn't increase the price like it's been doing lately. You buy one item, Walmart.com notice you like it, and that you buy it often , and like magic, price goes up !

If I could give a negative ten stars on taste, I would. Even with distilled water this stuff is undrinkable. Why any company would sell something so bad is beyond understanding.
