Clean ingredients, fresh, and worked great in our LCHF baking. A little pricey, but not as pricey as some. I'm sure we'll be buying this again. I sure wish this had existed when my son was a baby and I needed an alternative to cow's milk for him. So glad to have it now though!

The powdered Goats milk from Z Natural Foods is so silky powdered. I place a teaspoon of powdered goats milk in my coffee, when I'm out of creamer. It is so silky that it melts just like creamer and has a creamer taste to it as well. What I got it for was for making homemade Hot Chocolate. Boy! it is so tasty too. My granddaughters love homemade Hot chocolate more than the store bought ones now. That is if I use Cacao only as my cocoa. I make several batches in a months time. They know that goats milk is so much more healthier than cows milk and easily digested too. I have tried it as goats milk too. By mixing it into water and placing it in refridge to get cold to add to smoothies or cornbread to have for supper. Over all I love the texture the taste and the bag that it comes in. It stays very fresh. I purchase several at a time cause hot chocolate has to stay in stock summer thru winter too,lol It's great to calm the mind at night to get some delightful sleep too. The consistency melts and stirs in well dissolves leaving now clumps like most.

This powder dissolves in my hot coffee much better than the brand I get from the grocery store. Tastes good, smooth and creamy. Will definitely purchase again.

I really like using this powdered oat milk, because then I don't have to worry about bottled goat milk going bad in the refrigerator !! It's great!! Especially in smoothies!!

This is a good milk powder. It dissolves well. Since it is a powder it has a slight powdery taste that is minimized but not alleviated by adding a little salt and then let it sit overnight. I will continue to order.

One of the best-in-class Goat Milk, and Powder form. It was a great milk to drink, and to infuse pasta recipes with. Flavor was super-mild, great, rich, great texture, and easy to stir, liquify, and keep it creamy and smooth.

This was a trial purchase to see if I would prefer goat milk over regular whole milk or powdered whole milk. It did taste slightly stronger but I thought the flavor and creaminess were nice . Trying to find powdered whole milk without soy or unwanted ingredients that aren't expensive is a challenge, but I would buy this again.

the scopes milk being that it's instant. is so extremely expensive. and it keeps going up. so I took a star off I will take another star off if these corporations don't start supporting the people instead of their big CEOs that make 350% more than everybody else

Great value and better alternative for adding nutritional benefits to coffee without refrigeration - I travel with some of this wherever I go for healthy creamer or milk needs. Need a device to whip into coffee, a little clumpy until it melts. Overall a good brand, my fav would always be Now Foods brand which isn't always available.

It clumps and never fully dissolved in my tea, just sat on top no matter how much I stirred. It also tasted a little greasy and left a greasy residue on the cup. May be better for cooking, but it's not a good substitute for creamer, unfortunately, and I made sure the tea was hot enough. At the end of the day it's dehydrated coconut milk powder so while it seems like it would rehydrate perfectly, the consistency just isn't there, and it was also a bit expensive and the bag came broken because it's made of a fragile material that had a heavy cardboard box placed on top of it during shipping so I just put it in a ziplock bag and very little spilled out of the container. The actual coconut milk powder wasn't damaged in any way.
