I was surprised at how good this was in my coffee. I bought it for traveling as I can't always expect oat milk to be available.

But the taste is almost identical to boxed oat milk minus the frothiness in coffee drinks (that's because there aren't additives, which I understand). I make a big batch and then bottle it, making sure to shake well before use!

Try this: 6 frozen strawberries, 1 frozen banana, 2/3 c water, 1 tbsp Oat Milk Powder - Blended. Its a nice little dessert or snack.

Weird texture. Hard to mix directly into hot liquids [coffee/tea] without lumps. Okay taste. Will do in a pinch, while traveling, or as backup when run out of liquid oat milk.

I tried this for creamer for my coffee and, despite what someone else commented, it did NOT mix smoothly. Also had a strange texture and a sort of dusty taste.
