Tonnino Premium Yellowfin Tuna Fillet in Olive Oil, 6.7 oz, Jar, Wild Caught

Fair Warning, once you try the PLAIN olive oil tuna: you will never be happy eating regular tin canned tuna again. Wonderful, thick slabs of gorgeous filet and the oil is flavored so well, you will dip your bread in it or pour over salad. No need to mix with mayo, it is moistly delicious on its own.

The Tonnino tuna is considerably better than most other brands. I had read many reviews saying just this, and it turns out that I can add my agreement! I hadn't expected such a difference. It seemed that tuna would be tuna, but these fillets are incredibly rich and flavorful -- I didn't add anything. The taste was so wonderful, nothing was needed. It pays to read reviews at times. All the exaggerated praise turned out to be warranted for this product!

This is the only tuna I buy now. The flavor is clean and fresh, and the texture is firm without being dry or mushy. The olive oil adds a nice richness without overpowering the tuna. It's great for salads, sandwiches, crackers, or just straight from the jar. The quality is consistently excellent, and it's definitely worth paying a little extra for a premium product. Highly recommend!

Great for sandwiches or salads. Large chunks of yellowfin in jar. A great protein. Not salty, mushy nor fishy tasting. Worth the $$. So glad these are offered here bec for years, I have been ordering them on line from the A——— store ;-).

If you love tuna fish salad, this is the tuna for you. I made Julia Childs tuna fish salad recipe with this tuna and I could have eaten all of it. I love it.

I used to buy the tuna from Spain which I can never find anywhere. I now buy Tonnino and I can say it's just as good as the Spanish brands and readily available.

Incredibly good treat, can eat straight out of the jar and use the left over olive oil for eggs or what have you. Make s a good meal when watch what you eat. Really good taste.

this was so delicious I ate it right out of the jar %26 drank some of the olive oil. I've already ordered and eaten a 2nd jar getting ready to order my 3rd.

I've ordered this item twice before for my sister is an older senior. When it arrives intact she says it's good. It's actually lower in salt than some of the other product brands. However on both occasions some of the items have not been sealed properly or they have been damaged. I am going to try once more to see if that was just the case of the delivery.

There is only one thing I don't like about this tuna. Most of the time, it arrives and the lid has already popped (like when you do home canning and the lid must be indented in the middle to keep things from spoiling). I always need to do a return at this point. If the lid is still indented, we eat it, and it is TERRIFIC! Some of the best tasting tuna I've had!
