This version perfectly balances the praise for the product with a big "Attaboy" to Walmart for their seamless ordering and shipping process. It's professional, humorous, and clear. The "Longest Attaboy Ever Wrote": A Walmart %26 Wild Harvest Review To the folks at Wild Harvest and the team at Walmart: Attaboy (or Attagirl)! Good job, Sir or Ma'am. You've delivered a product that isn't just enjoyable; it's a genuine teaching tool when applied the right way. First off, let's talk about the experience with Walmart. Their customer service was outstanding and the shipping was incredibly quick. Their website is so intuitive and easy to follow—honestly, it's so easy a bird could probably navigate it. If you're looking for a smooth "click-to-door" experience, Walmart has it down to a science. Now, for the product itself: I'll be honest—it wasn't really to my liking, but my Indian Ringneck thinks it's the greatest invention since the crackers that Polly wanted! Jokes aside, bird ownership is a serious responsibility, and I want to be articulate for those who might be new to birds. I'm no vet or professional trainer; I'm just a guy doing what I feel is right. My philosophy is simple: if my bird doesn't like it, I don't like it. But since he loves this stuff? I love it. The packaging is where the real "Good Job" comes in. This isn't some piece-of-junk plastic sack from that company we won't mention. The bag is sturdy and the quality of the seal keeps everything at peak freshness. My only suggestion to Wild Harvest: Make a bigger bag! I have full confidence the freshness would hold up even in a bulk size. My bird learned the sound of this bag faster than he learned his own name. I use that "crinkle" as a motivator for his training, and now I have to be careful whenever I'm around plastic because he's associated that sound with a "W" (a win). He doesn't speak much English yet—well, he can, but he's just mimicking my words for now—so I'm speaking for him: this is a 5/5. Whether you have a Ringneck, Conure, or Cockatiel, this is the training aid you need. I bought this blindly online, and it was a win for me and a win for my bird. I apologize for the lengthy narrative, but facts are facts. Just print this off, pin it to the wall, and tell the team it's the longest "bad boy" review ever wrote. God bless, and I hope this helps the next bird owner. Sincerely, Matthew %26 Dallas Dallas ‘my bird' approved this message
If I can buy it or find it in store or online I'm very satisfied and interested because you make my life more efficient and easy because for bird you can hardly find things for them. thanks ahead %26 again for everything, keep up the great job.
My daughter's boyfriend gave the Wild Harvest Tropical Granola Crunch Treats to his pet bird! He loved them. He played with them and had a blast crunching the treats! I will get him more for sure. It was a special snack for him. The treats stayed fresh and crunchy till the last bite.
I feed the birds outside my house and when I put this out they go crazy for it. Bag is ziplock for freshness. They come in small pieces but you can break them into smaller pieces as well if you'd like. Love that it's made with real fruit and veggies. A healthy snack for all birds.
Wow, I'm so amazed by these! My Amazon parrot instantly fell in love with them and wants more, haha. They're not too hard and didn't create too much of a mess, which I love. Plus, they don't have any bad smell! Definitely a nice treat for any parrot owner to try! :D
So the birds were acting ok but soon as I got near, they wanted to fly around the house. So while they were flying, I put the granola treats in their cage. One bird Miami came back to taste the snacks but hurried up before I got a picture! But they seem to like it very much.
I do not think these are good for parakeets. Maybe big birds yes. My parakeet tried to buy something off from it It did not work they're too hard for parakeet to get the seeds or anything off from them so I don't recommend them for a parakeet probably best for a parrot
I really wanted my babies to like these. They're really hard. They kept picking it up and removing from their tray. The ingredients are good, but just to hard for them to break. Maybe a bigger bird will benefit from these goodies! The zip it comes in is nice and sturdy!
This package is tiny. Just 27 grams — less than a full ounce — for 18 tiny little treat bars. Shopping in person I would have never bought it. But sizes are deceptive and our brains often do not compute how much or little of something we are buying unless we are physically seeing something up close. Quantity is not the only problem though. It's the ingredients: sweet potato, papaya, oats (the only seed), green beans, tapioca starch, vegetable glycerin, pineapple, vitamin E supplement, and then a list of artificial crap no one would willingly serve to a bird. I don't know about you, but as a person I would never eat those in the same meal and nor would any cockatiel I know. Cockatiels are, after all, granivores. Budgerigars (the only parrots I've seen eat oats) even more so. These are New World fruits and vegetables you would never find in the wilds of Australia or the South Pacific. Now I can see a conure or a macaw considering a sweet potato or a papaya as separate foods — but with green beans? Moreover these pieces are only an inch long. Too small for the birds most likely to consider eating them. Plus in an entire bar I saw one and only one oat seed in it; for all intense and purposes there are no seeds in any given piece. In summary, these crunch sticks are unappealing to my birds and sound equally terrible to me. Don't waste your money. Buy the traditional seed treat sticks we all know and love from pet stores.
my birds absolutely did not care about these treats, i dont know if its cuz of the type of birds that i have or what, i have a indian ringneck and a cockateil and wither of them wanted these treats. they like most stuff but not these unfortunatily
