Wilton Easy Blooms Tip Set

Everything I needed came in the box including good instructions. The tips are reusable and the bags disposable. It came with plenty of bags and I'll be able to use it again before I re-order more. It took a little practice at first, but worked well once I got a rhythm, I was able to finish my project pretty quickly.

High quality item. I made a cute cake using these tips! They held up good and felt like professional quality.

A flower nail is a great addition to a cake decorating kit. With a little practice, very attractive roses and other petaled flowers can be formed for topping cakes. I leaned how to use a flower nail from a skilled baker. I remember him telling me the my first rose looked like a cabbage. I didn't think so, but with more practice, I was turning out flowers, and enjoying a new skill. This flower nail and a piping bag with a curved or leaf tip, plus a buttercream icing, is all one needs. I'm happy with this product and now I can get back to a fun, and beautiful, skill.

Wilton cake decorating tip. Easy to use. Easy to clean. You can use it with a ring. Or just put it in a you keep the wide and next to the cake but the slit at the forward. You can wash it in the dishwasher. You can hand wash it. It makes large petals. The instructions say it can make sweet pea decorations I don't know what that is. I made swirls and little roses with it. Overall it worked as expected I liked it it's a new one that I can practice with and it worked really well for someone who is new at it and practice. Some of the tips I've used are harder to use to get them to be correct and this one was pretty easy for me to learn and to master. Overall product works as expected and as desired. It's well made. Easy to clean. Overall I really like it I will practice more with it to try different things.

I attempted to make petals on some cupcakes and they turned out decent for a beginner who has never piped before. They recommend using a piping bag but I used a large ziploc bag and it worked fine. The tip is dishwasher safe (top rack). I placed it on the bottom rack and it was still fine.

This is my first attempt at using a St. Honore tip from Wilton. It adds a new twist to piping frosting on cupcakes, pastries, etc. It forms a ribbon that stands straight up and I think my frosting needed a little refrigeration to firm it up a tad but all in all I enjoyed using it. Practice makes perfect. I just need a little more experience at it.

I just received the decorating nail in the mail yesterday, and I cant wait to use it. Its a solid nail good for making my roses and other flowers for my cakes and cupcakes. I was using the end of a pen but the roses kept slipping off. This nail is perfect for the task and has an inch or so base to work with. I love it.

This is a great icing tip. It makes leaves, but I was trying my hand at wavy styles. It is made of metal, which I prefer over plastic tips. It's light, and cleans well. It is about the same size as comparable ones, about 1 1/4”. I'm very happy to add this to my decorating tips set.

This decorating tip is perfect for making gorgeous flowers on my cakes and cupcakes. The tip is very sturdy and durable and fits well inside my piping bags. I don't have any issues with how well it works or holds up in decorating. I've used this tip to make large petals on flowers to decorate birthday cakes. I love how large the petals are and how clean they look by using this tip. It's very easy to clean the tip when finished decorating because it's so large. I cannot recommend this decorating tip more!

I have been making decorator cookies for a bit, but I am now trying my hand at cakes. I have not used this as of yet but will be making cupcakes for July 4th. I think this will be great for the smaller details like flowers, buds and leaves. It came bent but I was able to straighten it out. It looks to be made of study material however I wish the stem was a teensy bit longer. Am eager to find out if what is in my head translates to what I put on this flower nail.
