Worked for me!!! This product is well worth the try for its much lower price point compared to many other perimenopause supplements on the market. My severe and very frequent, sometimes hourly hot flashes were noticeably lessened in about 2 weeks of using. I did find better results taking on an empty stomach in the a.m. rather than with a meal in the evening as directed. After 30 days, my hot flashes were rare and very minor. I've been using the supplement for 4 months now and I have NO MORE hot flashes. Probably haven't had one for over 30 days. Thrilled with this product!

These work for me. Calming, less hot flashes and extreme mood swings, and definitely helps with relieving bloating. I can definitely tell a difference if I skip a few days or run out. Consistency is key with these kinds of supplements. I am sad Walmart no longer sells them in store.

These worked well for me. They helped reduce the night sweats and temperature imbalance or fluctuation during night or day. You feel better overall. There's an improvement right away but it increases as you continue taking them.

This is the only product that really helps with my hot flashes.

I'm trying something like this for the first time, but it does seem to be helping. I am trying based on good reviews I read. My mood is better, and the hot flashes seem to be much better. Again I am fairly new to this but the body craves what it needs, %26 most people don't crave licorice. The cost is reasonable, so I will continue using.

ive been taking this product for years wjen yheu sold it in Walmart .. now i have to order it online and now it cost more. this past 2 months ive order im pretty sure its not the same ingredients or its a placebo. i just not feeling better. going have to find something else.
