Excellent saw for home and ranch. I own a small ranch and own 3 saws. 1 of them is a Ryobi and this is a far better tool than my other saws. Not a professional use saw but still great.

My grandson likes it. Has used it several times for our yard. Works fine for the work. Backyard is looking much better.

This saw works as good as my husky,without the price tag.

Great saw, Keep in mind if you use normal pump car gas you will commonly have starting problems within a few months. Go to your local airport and get what is called AVgas and you can let it sit for 5 years without the gas fouling the engine. All 2 cycle motors and small 4 cycle motors including boat motors should use it.

wouldn't stay running when received. had to adjust the oxygen/fuel. now runs like a champ.

Disappointed. Seller switched brand on me. Though the seller did send RMA for returning the wrong one, they don’t replace with the correct brand. The Seller by the name Salem Master Direct ran out of the Salem Master chain saw😩. Bait and switch without asking the customer first. Have yet to refund. In the meantime, my project is late waiting for another tool. Stay away.

Do not buy its garbage out of the box. The chain continues to jump off. Contacted the seller through Walmart, I received an email saying to watch youtube videos to fix the problem. I called the seller requesting a refund or replacement. No answer. DO NOT BUY!

The directions on how to start the chainsaw are incorrect. Says to use 25:1 gas mix. In multiple places from on the chainsaw to the box to the manual. It wouldn’t start. When questioned, they provided me with a video showing their mistake. Should’ve been 50:1 gas. Did that. Started perfectly. Let run as instructed to break in motor. Said to let run 5-10 minutes for this process. Somewhere around the 4 minute mark, the chainsaw caught FIRE. Now I can not get to talk to an actual person to resolve this issue after multiple attempts at messaging thru Walmart and calling the number provided.

When it runs it runs great but getting it started is another story.. Idk if the stock plug is just junk or the whole saw is but ill find out here soon when i put a NGK R plug in it and will update
