This liquid smoke doesn't have the unnecessary ingredients like my previous brand. It work well on the ribs I used it on so far. My only suggestion is the bottle should have a squirt opening under the lid or a slit opening under the lid so it doesn't pour out! It gives the right amount of smoke flavor but be Very careful when using! I didn't notice a spicy taste to the liquid smoke.

Wright's Liquid Smoke is great stuff. Easy to add a little or a lot of smokey flavor without having to break out the smoker. Great price too.

Have tried several smoke flavorings and they have all fell short, this one is great

Lasts along time
I put a few drops in red beans to give a slight smoky flavor. Normally a bottle lasts for years but I dropped the last bottle.
