Wyze Cam Pan v3 Indoor/Outdoor Wired Security Camera with Pan/Tilt/Zoom (2 pack) - White

I have the Pan v3 for my house. It works great. Recently, my father 75+ was prescribed a new med and passed out later that night on his lawn, for a few hours. He later told me this. My father also wants to stay in his home. The compromise, so my family knows hes doing well, Wyze. We installed several cameras, inside - high traffic areas and high fall areas, and outside his home. This way our family can check in on him and he gets to maintain his independence. Wyze is helping my father with his safety and independence.

The wise cam pan V3 is really in the sweet spot of cost and quality. I've used one before and was pleased with it and I'm pleased with this one too. Camera has great video quality. The PTZ is perfect for monitoring my home. I like that I can review playback of videos. The clarity of the video is amazing. I can see every detail when I am away from home.

Well so far this thing is all about catching cars way off in the street but it completely missed 3 people leaving my house and getting into their car and driving off… and thought my mom was a car… maybe the camera is near sighted and one of the hidden fees is glasses for the camera? And yeah the website says no hidden fees but there’s more dlc than a modern “AAA” game lol If the fees weren’t so expensive I might deal with it but I’m possibly going to return this and get a real security camera that does everything these cameras do but for $0 a month Even the waypoints are messed up, you have to trick it to use the default ones and if you do set them up it doesn’t keep the waypoints in order it glitches and will mess the order up, well it messes up the default one too but it really hates using the default waypoints Oh and it says outdoor camera but you have to buy the outdoor power cord separately and of course it doesn’t come with an sdcard

I have 5 camera from Wyze and the doorbell. Do I love them, not really. Every time I turn them on says “offline” ALWAYS! It's annoying. I want a camera that when I turn it on it turns on. I also always have issues where I have the camera stays light just comes on. They also don't record everything. Are there better cameras I am sure they are. This one is ok just certain things could be fixed.

I purchased this cam to keep an eye on my puppy while at work %26 I thought it was supposed to be wireless. I have yet been able to connect wirelessly, only wired.

Camera follows movement if movement is at the same level as the camera. It goes into a holding pattern often towards a wall or the ceiling if no movement so not able to view your room if your checking on things this camera did not work out for what I purchased it for

Haven’t even had it for a month.. always disconnecting, then wake up today to find it with red light, not doing anything. Customer service said sometimes they malfunction and there is nothing they can do. Thank goodness Walmart gave me a refund.

ive only had it less than a week ir two and a defective power card shorted my canera out. ive had issues with asking for a refund earlier this year and so now im weary to ask gor refund or replacementdue to tbe stress and ultimate denial which was unsatisfactory, unsettling and unacceptable by any means or standards do im trying to not shop or be part of walmart due to the mistreatment and unsatisfactory outcome of my request . so i lost my belief in walmart to live up to its word to us the customer. i do tell everyone i know from the exoerience i had trying to right a wroung caused on your end. i hope yo get the previous refund requestrebiewed with a favorab poll e outcome in mg favor otherwise i will not ever shop walmart again and take my business elsewhere and make surevthat people know

Less than 2 weeks old units didn't work. Called tech didn't help out at all. Said had to go through warranty. They will contact me. 2 days later still no contact.
