Great
This Xbox was purchased as a gift for my grandson. It came packaged very well and was just as ordered. Price was good and came with two remote controls.

Fool me once…
I bought the Xbox X console with two controllers. It came with only one controller. I called Walmart and the first thing they said was “Did you call the vendor?”. No, I didn't buy it from the vendor, I bought it thru Walmart. Amazon doesn't do that. It's been over a month since I received the console and still no extra controller. I have no issue with the Xbox, but Walmart service stinks.

Do not recommend
Never even got delivered, also look into the description more. It says additional controller, but in the description it says number of controllers: 1. Seller wasn't even from this country, somewhere in India.
