"XtremepowerUS 13"" Sand Filter with 3/4HP Pool Pump and Timer for Aboveground Swimming Pools"

I was upgrading to a larger sand filter because my other one quit. It's been installed for a few weeks now. I decided I didn't want to go with sand so instead I used the filter balls. Today I went out to clean the filter and put fresh filter balls in it. And I must say I'm very impressed with both the filter and the filter balls. My pool is crystal clear. But the water in the filter was a muddy brown color. And the filter balls were a bit dirty. So for the filter water to be so dirty and my pool so clean. I definitely give them both a 5 stars. I attached a picture so you can see the dirty water. I didn't snap a pic of the pool while I was outside or I'd add that too. I have one from a couple days ago that I'll add. It looks better today

Very good filter pump this is my first pump. they very good do work on my 16x10 pool Will Keep it clean, i would was have like to buy the 7 Ways Because it has recirculation and waste but i was not know how the function but this pump it does a good job

The same filter is amazing. Does wonders for our pool came on time, but the drain plug came broken.. I did email them. They emailed back sent out a part but it is not the drain plug for the sand filter that they sent me. It is for an actual pool. Have not heard anything back thank goodness I have a plumber for a husband and he figured something out so we can use the pump but it is a brand new pump that came broke and I still need the company to cooperate and send me the right part.

Did not come with hoses or adapters or clamps. Everything needed to put on your pool! I had to order everything after I received the pump not knowing it didn't come with. You have to put the whole thing together. I had to hire someone to do it.

The description for this pump AND the user's guide that came with it claim the pump has a waste setting. It does NOT have this setting. This setting would allow the user to vacuum heavy debris directly to waste by bypassing the filter. This would be a very useful setting when first opening the pool after winter. I wish I would have returned the pump and bought something else, but I had to go out of town and the return window passed

Had I known that I was actually wasting money and the item wouldn't be what was described in the description I wouldn't of bought it I'm disgusted with what I purchased but due to the fact of being broke I can't return it I'm very very disappointed with the quality of the entire filter pump clamps everything nothing worked right I had to spend Additional 100 dollars on parts to make it work that I didn't have and was expecting to not have to spend due to a inaccurate description

I never received the product when u call and complain they said FedEx said it was delivered. So had to buy another one because my water started turning green and needed to filter out the stuff since my other pump broke.

When I bought this pump and I looked at it again to make sure it says 3000 gph and what I got was a sand filter and the box says 2400 gph so not happy did not get what I ordered

If I could give this a negative star, I would. First of all, the box was delivered looking disheveled. It was warn and broken on both sides as you can see in the picture. This should've been my first clue that something was wrong. Secondly, upon opening the box, I found worn out pieces and missing items. I paid for a brand new pool filter and pump and received what looks like a secondhand used product. I called customer service and Walmart customer service told me all they could do is reach out to the company and see if they'll fix the issue. I asked how long will this take, they said 10 business days at least. It's been about that long with no resolution. Steer clear from this product and company. Walmart should be doing more to help. I will update if anything positive comes from my follow up.

I didn't read the review before purchasing and I regret this purchase. The filter leak and this built up press almost killed me! The drain plug arrived broken and the top was leaking. I purchased another pump five years ago and never had any issues but this pump is way worst investment
