Item was great quality for the price.

We bought it for our new pool and were pleased with it

I am very satified with the sand. But the Package arrived via FedEx and was just thrown out into my yard and had been damaged during transit. They retaped the box multiple times.

Bag came with holes in it and the sand was all over the place. They want me to send pictures which I will, but it took them days to answer Me. Only thing is at my age. I cannot lift this up to bring it back so I will use it as is And go to Ace Hardware. Who had it cheaper by $10

one bag was fine, but the second had been taped up once from where it clearly had been previously busted and was still pouring sand out everywhere, so we didnt recieve two full bags and the only time i buy damaged items with partial amounts in them is at the feed store when heavily discounted. not sand that i needed full two bags of and was busted and not discounted. now i have to go purchase another 10lb bag to make up for one being busted after spending 60 something on these two. and the only way i can get a replacement or refund is to drag the busted up bag of leaking sand back into the store? no thanks.

when i receive the box that was supposed to be sand it is a box full of cash register paper.

I only got four bags I had ordered five they dropped off a bag of bird seed instead of the pool sand so I'm in the middle of the pool stuff and I had to go back from the pool supply company I want my money back

Your price per bag was double market price, but I needed delivery next day and your website promised that. Very disappointing to get 1 bag delivered on Saturday, but the 2nd bag is delayed and is now apparently coming very late Monday...2 days later than I was expecting it, and needed it.

Walmart doesn't sell this another company does. if a refund is requested Walmart doesn't refund you. so don't buy this
