It's easy to install and does a great job on cleaning the pool easy to back flush and rinse. Definitely a great buy I've had expensive ones and it does just as good as job as them. Definitely well buy it again

Every thing is plastic except for pump case . Makes me wonder about longevity of the product, however is very powerful low maintenance is currently doing a better job than the original pump/ filter that came with the pool and at half the cost

Just installed new pool filter and opened pool. Sand is blowing into the pool at the return jet. Also when I vacuum everything goes right back in pool. I've had pools for 40 years never had this happen. In the process of taking filter apart to see what the problem is. In all fairness I may have done something wrong but again 40 of this type of filter. I was able to vacuum to waste most of the debris that was in pool but the photo shows the same after pool was fully cleaned.

Sadly this didn't work well with our Intex pool but thankfully we were able to return it. My Dad installed it and water was coming out everywhere even with pipe tape. It was really weird not having an on/off switch or a timer.

I wanted to leave no stars but not an option. this pump is terrible, i do not recommend, the 1st pump i bought, it came misisng parts and did not work, it leaked. so i had to return it and i rebought the same one. i have had this hooked for 3 weeks and the o-ring gasket on the filter is already no good causing more leakage it has been nothing but a headache and costing me money.

non of the hoses fit. there is no on and off switch on the motor part. used for less than 3 months and it no longer works!! when it does work its amazing i didnt really need to add any chemicals all summer. I just went out to plug in and get it clean before season is done I see algae and realize its not on so I check to see if plugged in and it is and all i hear is a soft humming noise so I unplugged and got a HUGE spark!!!

it leaks badly everywhere %26 i have tightened everything as much as you can

The whole sand filter leaked basically had to tear it back apart and rebuild it ourselves. The company wouldn't offer a refund . Definitely was not built correctly .
