It's easy to install and does a great job on cleaning the pool easy to back flush and rinse. Definitely a great buy I've had expensive ones and it does just as good as job as them. Definitely well buy it again

THE FACT THAT A LARGE CAPACITY WATER FILTER MAKES LESS NOISE BUT IT HAS AN AMAZING FORCE OF POWER. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS FOR A NEW OR PREVIOUS ABOVE GROUND POOL OWNER.

Every thing is plastic except for pump case . Makes me wonder about longevity of the product, however is very powerful low maintenance is currently doing a better job than the original pump/ filter that came with the pool and at half the cost

Just installed new pool filter and opened pool. Sand is blowing into the pool at the return jet. Also when I vacuum everything goes right back in pool. I've had pools for 40 years never had this happen. In the process of taking filter apart to see what the problem is. In all fairness I may have done something wrong but again 40 of this type of filter. I was able to vacuum to waste most of the debris that was in pool but the photo shows the same after pool was fully cleaned.

Sadly this didn't work well with our Intex pool but thankfully we were able to return it. My Dad installed it and water was coming out everywhere even with pipe tape. It was really weird not having an on/off switch or a timer.

it worked for 2 weeks then the capacitator went out turned my paul green cause I was on vacation, so there's another two hundred dollars and pull chemicals plus having to order a capacitor for a this so called brand new pump. No, I will give this zero stars if I could

In stalled 8 weeks ago, motor bearing failure. Bought through walmart.com and now they want me to uninstall everything wash out all of my filter sand and bring the whole thing back rather than swap out bad motor. No one to talk to, no one to work things out with. Worked great, when it worked. plugged into pool vac and it ran for an hour and motor bearing went out (Terrible noise and super hot motor)

I wanted to leave no stars but not an option. this pump is terrible, i do not recommend, the 1st pump i bought, it came misisng parts and did not work, it leaked. so i had to return it and i rebought the same one. i have had this hooked for 3 weeks and the o-ring gasket on the filter is already no good causing more leakage it has been nothing but a headache and costing me money.
