Great product, but not sure on quality The drain plug is leaking, and the filter is not even two months old.

so I hope it works. I got this on July 31, 2024, but we saw that it has a lot of scratches so I hope it doesn't mess up. I really don't wanna be ordering another one.

I can't get the adapters to work with my old pool hoses, the new one did not come with any and I'm not happy about that.

The drain plug broke right away before assembly. Plastic is thin. Otherwise simple to put together. Had to purchase a drain plug to even do the first step.

I started putting everything together before taking it outside and noticed that I had a part missing. The hose that connects the pump to the sand barrel. Is missing, which it is shown in the parts list, so should be included.

The pump has good power and moves the water very well. The problem we have had is the top cover, that covers where the sand goes, keeps leaking. We have had to tighten it down 3 times in the last 45 days because it starts spewing water out. And not a little trickle, enough water to really drop the water level quickly. This could cause a major problem if we were out of town. Everything has been installed to specifications and it still does it randomly and often.

Pump csme with no detailed assembly instructions and no identifying list of parts for pump. Spent days looking for info on how to assemble. Would not purchase again.

If I could give this a negative star, I would. First of all, the box was delivered looking disheveled. It was warn and broken on both sides as you can see in the picture. This should've been my first clue that something was wrong. Secondly, upon opening the box, I found worn out pieces and missing items. I paid for a brand new pool filter and pump and received what looks like a secondhand used product. I called customer service and Walmart customer service told me all they could do is reach out to the company and see if they'll fix the issue. I asked how long will this take, they said 10 business days at least. It's been about that long with no resolution. Steer clear from this product and company. Walmart should be doing more to help. I will update if anything positive comes from my follow up.

Had I known that I was actually wasting money and the item wouldn't be what was described in the description I wouldn't of bought it I'm disgusted with what I purchased but due to the fact of being broke I can't return it I'm very very disappointed with the quality of the entire filter pump clamps everything nothing worked right I had to spend Additional 100 dollars on parts to make it work that I didn't have and was expecting to not have to spend due to a inaccurate description

This pump recommends to install a switch to turn pump on and off. no information where to buy such a device. When you go to clean your pool there is not a filter to catch the debris, instead it gets stuck in motor. Do not buy this product.
