I was so worried this would be cheap but it's been great! It's tall and my cats are obsessed! It came in pieces in a giant plastic bag you have to fully put it together but the instructions were super easy to follow and I even came with the little tool to screw everything in together with. Seriously just get it! It's so much cheaper than all the ones at the pet stores and it's the exact same quality. We have had it for a month now and they still love it and it's in great shape

This was easy to to put together compared to some others. It's pretty stable, but if you have a larger cat, it's probably a good idea to fasten it to a wall. (There is a cord to do this) My cat loves it. She sits on the top shelf to be close to me without having to sit on me and my computer keyboard when I'm working.

Mittens is still on the fence about it. She was a stray who weve only had for two weeks now. Shes still trying to figure out how to be a kitten since shes been in survival mode for so long. But she has sat on the top level a couple of times so far and seems to enjoy looking out the window. Im sure she will come to love it soon!

If my cats could right a review, I know they would give this cat tower 5 stars. They love it! They play for hours, watch birds from the perch, and play hide and seek. They are sleeping better than ever. I am sure it is from wearing themselves out from all the exercise. Great purchase and it looks nice and the gray blends in nicely with my decor.

Realistically should be 4.5 stars. Only issues i truly have with it is the lower hammock is useless if you dont have dwarf cats/kittens and the top perch stands out further than the base by a few inches making spacing awkward if youre trying to put it in a corner. Otherwise, sturdy and the ball and string had enough string and tensile strength to stay attached after my angels pulled the string out of the bracket and i tied it back around the metal hanger.

Really cute tree, easy to assemble. I have three cats and they enjoy it, although they cant use all the amenities. The cylinder is just way too small for them, as well as the hammock. They will sit on the top bed but some of their fluff does hang off. Pretty good product but I would reconsider this if you have any hefty boys.

I really like this, it's super soft, and easy to assemble. The only thing bad with it is that while assembling the staircase broke in half. It is made out of press-board so I might try to take the carpeting off the stairs and replace it with wood. It is a great size for kittens but I have a maine coon and I'm sure it won't take long for this to be on the curb because she will grow out of it.

The cat tree is much smaller than it appears in the pictures. The hammock on the bottom is too small for my 7 month old kitten. The top bed is shaped like cat ears, but only one stands up. She likes the scratching posts and toy. It is pretty good for a small cat, but is too costly for size.

I ordered a cat tree, but unfortunately, it turned out to be too small for my cat. When I contacted the company to return it, I was surprised to learn that they did not accept returns. Instead, I was offered partial compensation—first $25, which I declined, and then $35, which I accepted just to move on. While I appreciate that some effort was made, I still ended up with a product I can't use, and the whole process felt frustrating and unfair. As a customer, I expected a smoother and more understanding return policy. I'm disappointed and will consider this experience carefully before ordering again.
