Great value for a solid unit. Built to last.
Mounts easily to studs or any solid wall, even concrete if you have the means to drill holes for the bolts. It has held up well for almost 2 years, no problems at all. This was a great bargain for a solid piece of equipment.

Good product. No customer service
The item itself seems to be of good sturdy quality, and unlike other reviewers, I did receive all the hardware and the mounting screws were adequately sized, the problem I encountered is the foam handgrips on the extreme (bent) ends were both sliced. They will not last long in that condition and that is why I contacted customer service. Would feel better if a company backed their product.

missing directions
I ordered this for my son. He was very excited to get it, but it didn't come with any directions, so I can't figure out how to get it mounted. I can't find any directions online either.
