I have been using this green tea product for a few years because it's got everything I need in it and I am a coffee drinker and not so much on a cup of tea- so this is very convenient! It's part of my nightly routine- I never forget it. It isn't just healthy - my appetite has decreased and I have lost almost 70 lbs over the course of 2 and 1/2 years! I still have to lose about 40 lbs and I'm hoping that over the next year or so I will continue to lose and get my ‘other' self back!

This product enables me to have Green Tea.... Very beneficial health-wise, but I happen to dislike the taste of brewed green tea. I am able to open the capsule and add the contents to my morning coffee. Problem solved!

Pills are easy to take. Haven't taken long enough to tell a difference. Hopefully this will help with inflammation from lupus and rheumatoid arthritis and help lose some weight in the meantime.

I like the proven benefits of this product. However, it's Not immediate. It's a minimum of 90 days coupled with healthy eating, exercise and sleeping enough

I haven't been taking these long enough to know if they're doing anything for me. I do know that these are easy to take. They are easy on the stomach.

I have been taking this product for almosgtg three weeks now. I" only have enerrgy after it puts me to sleep. Foir some reason it makes me very sleepy. I tried today just by itself and swhew did I get tired fast; however it was a short two hour nap but it was a very good deep sleep. I woke up thinking I slept the day away. Appetite control I have to give it a no as I had taste appeal for sugar and that is not my normal eating style. So Ikdid not like that as it is supposed to be an appetite suppressant and also a enrgy factor. Needless to say both benefitts backfired on me so therrefore "I donot recommend this product for myself.
