I purchased this item because I started working out in my apartment due to covid19 quarantine. I really wanted a rack but because my apartment is small I figured squat stands would be more convenient. I'm very happy to say that the stand were perfect! I can safely squat or do rack pulls again.

Adjustable barbell racks work great. I just slide my bench in between the racks and put in my bar. Safe and solid.

I needed something to carry me through the quarantine times. I had originally ordered a rack from Amazon that didn't end up being delivered. This was the only option I could find, but it was definitely a good one. It's not as good as a rack, but I am extremely happy with the purchase. I have been able to do heavy (300+ lb) incline bench and squats with ease as well as shoulder press and front squats. Make sure you get an adjustable bench to go with this. Easy to assemble and adjust the heights.
