Works great!
I've been taking these for years, highly recommend. I don't buy in store anymore because they tend to be expired, online is always fresh. They smell awful but work great, I don't get icky burping like I have with other valerian root products. I'm kinda hard to put to sleep but these do it, my boyfriend tried them once and they scared him so maybe not for the timid.

Drift off is a wonderful way to do exactly what the name says, helps you to just Drift off to sleep. Never feel groggy .
