I like how easy this dough was to work with in my hands. I used 2/3 cup organic valley grassmilk and followed the directions on the box. I used a small thin glass to cut the biscuits and rolled the scraps into dumplings for my soup. Theres still some mix in the box.

I've been using this baking mix for a few years now and it's so versatile . I used almost daily for waffles, pancakes, biscuits and a verity of cobblers. Its quality is equal to the more expensive name brands. Slather a biscuit with butter and honey and you're in heaven.

absolutely the same as the big name brand. the price difference is great. this product never dissappoints.the taste is good.ive never had a disappointment while using this mix. very versatile and not just for pancakes. great baking mix for your recipes. we use this during the holidays and for every day baking and cooking needs.great pantry staple.

I just recently decided to give this a try instead of buying the much more expensive name brand that I have been buying for years. I used it for making a top crust for a chicken pie/casserole that I frequently make. No one in my family could tell the difference in the taste or texture so I will no longer be spending twice as much on the name brand. I'm so happy I gave this a try.

Save money, this works exactly as Jiffy and Bisquick baking mixes. You can use this for all applications you find on the Jiffy or Bisquick recipe sites. I use it primarily for Banana bread. Biscuits, and dumplings, but have used it for numerous Bisquick “impossible pies” with great success. Try the Impossible coconut and the impossible cheesecake pies! Makes good pancakes and waffles as well. Store airtight or in the freezer. Ueef for new cooks or those needing to cook at home more these days.

All-Purpose...don't be confused! This is not the same thing as hygiene products for men. This is not a shampoo/body wash/car wax/toothpaste/shoe shine/deodorant/motor oil-type of situation. This is for cooking and baking. I'm sure it can be used for other things. Personally, I typically use it for "impossibly easy cheeseburger pie," which, despite the title, has been surprisingly difficult to remember the recipe for despite making it for over half my life. But I digress...this has worked just as well as Bisquick brand baking mix for me, and hopefully it will for you, too!

I really like this product as well as the name brand but it is so small that I should have bought just that. You don't realize how small it is until you see it. I will be returning this and buying a larger one or the name brand depending on the price.
