My primary consideration in buying the product was cost. It was among the lowest per unit price available. I'm very glad that I chose it. This product helped alleviate the numbness that I was experiencing on my leg. I use it paired with B-Complex in place of the more expensive Nervive Nerve Relief product which worked for me but is so expensive. 2 ALA and 1 B-Complex daily got rid of the numbness and discomfort. Highly recommended!
Item fit description in the ad. Doctor recommended item. Hopefully it will be useful Triglyceride, help with fat burning and joint pain, and a wide area of health benefits making total war on many negative things.

My doctor told me to get this to help with neuropathy.I'm not sure if it's working yet.Because he said it would take a month\nOne thing I can say is be careful when you take it.And eat something after words. If you don't you'll burp , it and the taste is horrible.
This morning it took wire tool to cut through the cap to even access and I'm very familiar with the super pressed down and turn security caps for child safety of vitamin supplements. It did not work smoothly and then got hung up Midway and couldn't be moved at all. So after about five snips with the wire cutter into the cap Edge there was enough release that I could pull it off. I intended to add it to my supplements and will still do so when there's 240 capsules per container and I ordered a pack of two! Hoping to get some Improvement of what may have men nerve damage to my knees that haven't been the same since an incident 5 years ago and orthopedic Physicians seldom here senior women accurately describe symptoms when it's not broken or doesn't show up on the standard x-ray despite my knees not being the same these 5 years I decided to search for something specific for nerve damage when nothing was broken, it's not arthritis symptoms but my symptoms do equate to nerve damage symptoms so I wanted to add an additional supplement that might focus on these knees. But now for the duration of the 240 capsules I have a cap I will only sit on top of it as I wouldn't risk any attempt to reattach to the bottle when I decided it was pretty miraculous that the wire cutters managed to snip the plastic bottom of the cap sufficiently the five times it did break through to enable my removing Decap and on ceiling the other sealed top to finally View the size of the capsules. Of course I have zero results as I will begin either today or tomorrow but I can't recommend based on the difficulty to open. Preventing access to children is now many decades old and I'm wondering how seniors are expected to open this product of which I have absolutely nothing to report except what it took to view the capsules! Press down and turn smoothly is the standard release on past childproof products, some might take a second attempt. This was impossible to even return to its original position once it was cockeyed and couldn't go either Direction or up and down. So I turned to the wire cutters when the lid was too wide for my handy pliers to grip. So I guess I'll make it through this purchase and try a different brand of a similar product in the future. Frustration to open the container is not worth it returned as a lid nor would I attempt since it could get locked on there again. now this container cannot
HORRIBLE!!! DISGUSTING!!! This product has a VERY STRONG smell of petroleum. It feels like I'm driving past an oil refinery. The same taste lingers in your gut for a few hours. It also causes SEVERE heartburn, almost instantly, which lingers and lingers. DON'T BUY if you value your smelling senses. YUCK!!!
Did not order. Walmart would not issue full refund.
