I enjoy the taste because you can taste the different ingredients which i find fun and interesting. They do get a bit hard when they are cold, but they get nice and soft if you put them in a pocket for a bit. Also, they don't stick in your teeth forever which is nice. Overall they are just very pleasant.

Helped my husband manage his anxiety
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After COVID, my husband became very nervous. He refused to take antidepressants. He has been taking these chews for three days. I started to notice that he stopped yelling and finally began to be interested in things other than work. The taste of the chews is an acquired one, but they work, and that's the main thing.

Very sweet and large squares
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Each piece is a bit large. They have the texture of a piece of taffy and very sweet to my taste. It take a bit of chewing to dissolve it enough to swallow. It does help a little for my anxiety during the day. It not enough to avoid me taking medication for anxiety.

Too hard to chew.
Advertised as “soft” chews…hard as a rock. Think year old taffy, can't chew them at all. Plus the taste is unpleasant so you don't want to leave it in your mouth for long. I would return but I had to open the bottle to try. Don't know if they work because I can't eat them.
