Better tumeric is beneficial for health for an adult for alot of reasons. Chewy gummies packed with nutrients easier than capsules with excellant quick effective absorption that can take pain out. May help for weight loss or sciatic a also sciatica. These do work.

I base my opinion on the fact that sometimes the product is flat and not square. Sometimes the product is melted inside the wrapper when it comes from the store, or if a driver leaves it outside in the summer. You end up with a melted, dried, flat product in individual wrappings.

I have arthritis and began taking these a while back. I don't notice much difference in pain tbh. I have difficulty swallowing pills so I like this gummy form. Convenient to grab a couple and chew them on the way to work. They are very tangy (you can tell there's black pepper in them) and they will make your teeth orange so drink some water after!

I really enjoy this supplement. Typically I forget to take my supplements, but I actually remember and look forward to taking these each day because they're delicious. I call them my spicy Starburst lol.

This brand works for me. i can tell a difference with inflammation due to carpal tunnel. Not to mention easily to take on the go. No after taste. I recommend

Great product… I've been towed by several people that turmeric is supposed to be an excellent supplement to take for good health, and I have felt much better more energy and less fatigue since taking it.

I personally like how these are on the tough side, but if you have difficulties chewing or have to be careful with dental work, these are not for you unfortunately. Also, the black pepper comes through a decent amount so if you cannot tolerate pepper/spice well I would avoid these. If you can, they taste great!

This is my 2nd bottle. I can't swallow pills so buy gummies. I keep getting a wrapped gummy that is half melted and the wrapper in stuck inside part of the gummy. No matter how carefully I try to pick out the wrapper, there is always more stuck inside. It is mixed in the gummy and I have to spit out the whole thing or swallow the foil-like wrapper. I thought it was an anomaly, but it's very common so far. Please do something to fix this issue. I hate paying for something and have to keep throwing it away. Other than that, I like the product.

I recieved these as a replacement suppliment I really do not care for them they taste terrible as a chewy option. I had ordered a brand that I could of swallowed with water not happy with them at all.
