I use this to aid in cleaning my mouth. Just swish it around and brush your tongue. Your mouth feels cleaner, breath is fresher, tongue is pink. Just make sure you scrub enough and use enough salt for a pink tongue. There's a cover underneath the top which I think is great. It's secure, and I love that it prevents the salt from pouring out at once. I also use this to eat sometimes. I prefer it over fine salt for its naturalness. It is hard and when you bite it sometimes it does hurt your teeth. At least mine. So don't chomp down so hard to help. When I use the salt to clean my mouth, I just pour it on my tongue before adding water. I don't know if that's good or not. It tastes great. I just want to swallow it but that wouldn't be a good idea. My conclusion is: It's great. Get you some.

I love this salt because the coarseness is perfect. I can use it as is or put it in my salt grinder. The only minus is that the holes on the top of the shaker aren't big enough so I keep that cap off and just pour it.

I use this to dry brine steaks and for soups and stews, also when i bake potatoes after washing them i rub them in oil and rub this salt on them and bake at 425. Makes the skin crispy and i eatthe whole potato, it has lots of vitamins

Unable to find ice melt during ice/snow storm.

This is as good as ANY name brand.

This salt is great on everything. Especially love it on popcorn which is what I mainly got it for.

We used this salt for homemade pretzels and it worked great!

the salt wasn't as coarse as I would like. I still used it for homemade pretzels.

Walmart substituted this salt for the Himalayan pink grinder salt I ordered. Not usable for my purpose. Will be returning.
