(2 pack) Hyper Tough 16-inch Gas Chainsaw 38cc 2-Cycle Engine

A nice, straightforward chainsaw. It can be a little small if you have really big trees and their limbs to deal with, but if you're careful, it seems to be a little power house that can run for several hours pretty continuously to section up a felled tree through multiple steps per section. The adjustment screws can be a little confusing, since there's a lot of little adjustments to be made to dial it in, but considering I couldn't cut up the same tree with an electric saw without it tripping out, this one got the job done.

16" gas chainsaw works as it should out of the box. I have only used it a couple of times, but so far I have had no issues. I bought the Hyper tough saw because of the service I have received from this brand of other tools.

For the price it's a powerful chainsaw that did what my battery powered one couldn't do. I recommend taking the guard off though. Only down side is it took forever to cold start it the first time. I thought it was broken but finally got it to run and now it's not so bad

This chainsaw was advertised as having a deluxe carrying case. It didn't come with a case. It looks like a quality product. I will probably return it because of the inaccurate description.

i first got my gas-powered chainsaw and didn't need to use it until it was too late. It works fine now, but it was pouring out gas i had to rig it.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It does not work. I called the help number on the product and was on hold for over an hour. I finally gave up after hearing the usual "your call is important to us.” but still no one answered my call. I've used gas powered chain saws for over 2 decades and know how they start and operate. I followed the instructions exactly as provided. I will be returning this product for a refund.

the saw was fine to fell 15 small trees. unfortunately, the recoil assembly sheared from the plastic assembly when attempting to start the saw. due to the saw being outside of the return period, I attempted to contacted hyper tough. the customer support number in their website is Walmart's phone number. the AI customer service wasn't able to help. now, I'm stuck with a chainsaw that can't be returned or replaced under manufacturer warranty.

Not happy with the saw at all the first month or so it worked great but then right after that the throttle button no longer works so now it's worthless and it's only about two months old.

I bought this to use to cut down some small brushy sapplings. i think i managed to cut 3 sapling trees down till it started smoking and got hot. It quit running all together. i replaced it with another one; and couldn't even get it to start. Will never buy this again.
