I use Melatonin each evening for better sleep, and have for over ten years. I find it very effective and have tried numerous brands over the years, capsules, pills, softgels, and this quick desolve tablet is by far the best. And the most reasonably priced-I am a repeat user so I think that is the best recommendation.

There are limited brands of Melatonin that are 20mg that come up after a search. My whole life; Ive always had a tough time falling asleep and have taken every form of sleeping aids including prescription medicine. I have no health insurance at the moment and Melatonin has been my go to. I usually find 1mg to 10mg Melatonin. I usually spend anywhere from $15 to $25 for a 10mg, 100 count bottle. Expensive. So I was skeptical, but at this price and with 240 count AND being 20mg I had to try them! I'm so glad I did because I've never slept better without using prescription medicine! If you don't need a whole 20mg, you can easily split them in half with perforated line on each chew pill. Then you'd have a 480 count bottle! And at either price; that's a steal! They taste Ok but Berry is really not my thing. Highly recommend! OH! And the delivery came 3 days early

Each tablet is scored down the middle, making breaking them easy. They have a great smell and flavor, I swallow mine like regular pills though and they work just as well. They work quickly, within an hour of taking them. I take 10mg and this whole bottle will last me a little over a year. I sleep great without waking up throughout the night, and have gotten my friends to try them too.

I don't care for the berry flavor and the cap keeps getting stuck when closing the botte. The product works well. I would highly recommend it. Thank you. God bless.

These ACTUALLY WORK! I tried melatonin pills before and they never made a difference. My friend suggested disolvable and these work great! In fact, I only need 1/4 of these 20mg tablets.

I have been using this for a while and this is a place where I can get 240 tablets at a reasonable price. if the price takes this reasonable I will reorder it.
