This item was suggested by my husband's gastroenterologist to aid his dysphasia. He was on puréed food and after taking the aloe Vera supplement he began to be able to swallow solid, moist foods. It has made a big difference in his ability to enjoy eating.

This is excellent. I take it to keep my stomach calm. I have been using this for several years since being diagnosed with IBS and silent reflux and have had no symptoms while taking it. I have recently found a new aloe vera product at Walmart that is a probiotic so I am switching to that to see if it is better.

I bought this and was almost afraid to take it because people kept complaining about the black color in the comments and do not take it! So I investigated for myself by cutting open one of the capsules to see if it was rancid or anything. What I found was the capsule itself was dark colored, but the aloe inside was clear and had no bad smell and was fine! So dont worry about the comments and it being bad. The Aloe seems to be good and at an affordable price too. It has helped alot of people with various health benefits. I know I will be taking it.

I have to take alot of medications for my health and some make you constipated a couple a Aloe Vera sofegels daily, and you will regular daily. Thanks Spring Valley and Walmart

I've never taken these before, but my Dad loved aloe vera juice, and said it was the best for whatever problem you had. I wasn't able to order Vitamin C online, so I decided to give this a try.

The Aloe is great for general wellness because that what the Aloe plant does and it's great for the skin.

Contains soybean oil, gelatin (pork), vegetable glycerin, cottonseed oil, white beeswax, and Carmel coloring. This is a migraine and inflammation waiting to happen. Whatever health benefits it could have given you will now make your illness worse in the long run. I've purchased these before and the ingredients were not this bad. What has happened?!
