My doctor told me to take vitamin d. So I got these, they are just the right size to make swallowing them easy. I think the ingredients are good tasting and I think they are easy to digestion. The cap is easy to use, too. And the bright yellow makes them easy to find in my medicine basket. I like them and buy them every time I need to get more.

I have been taking Vitamin D3 for many years and I believe in it. Not so sure about the difference between brands, but I don't think highest doses are the best choices. This product from WalMart is my choice.

my sister is allergic to most foods and medications and vitamins. She carries an epipen. With Spring Valley Vitamin D she uses 400IU 3 times daily. She experiences no side effects whatsoever. She has tried the expensive brands only to get hives or itchy skin after 1 dose. So for her Spring Valley Vitamin D is an important part of her daily regimen. My regular multivitamin contains only vitamin D but does not include D3. It's a small softgel that's easy to take.

These are small D3 capsules that have been recommended to me by my physicians. They were economical and immediately available.

I take one of these in the morning, and I must say they are easier to swallow, than other Vitamin D 3. The price was right and will continue purchasing these

i love the convince. my last order did have rotten potatoes. maybe have the packers pick like they were picking for themselves. but overall it's great 👍

I wouldn't recommend Walmart to my worst enemy. you people use FedEx and you don't care about if the customer gets their things or not because I didn't get mine for over two weeks and then I still didn't get it. FedEx sucks and Walmart plus is a joke. I'm done with it.

I ordered (3) Spring Valley vitamin D3 10 mcg 400 IU got one! Also got one Spring Valley vitamin D3 25 mcg 1,000 IU. So now I get to return the wrong one! Still missing one
