Finding melatonin in 20 mg was a happy surprise for me because the lower doses never put me to sleep. These tablets work well and come in a large quantity for the price so, again, I was pleasantly surprised by this product. The flavor is okay, about on par with most sublingual melatonin. The only issue I found is that they are very slow to dissolve. I actually cut them or break them up a little bit beforehand in order to get the process started. Overall I am extremely pleased with this product and I will happily purchase it again in the future!

I take 20mg. Only have to take 1 tablets instead of multiple.
After trying this and other brands I would recommend and definitely use it as a backup if my usual melatonin was out. Definitely don't get a lot in each bottle for the price and the taste at first is good but it not so good towards the end but they do the job. And it's always good to switch it up now and then so will buy again
