I am using one tablespoon of the Whole Powdered Eggs every meal. They seem to be very good. I went to powdered eggs to eliminate the possibility of contamination.

I was pleased with the ease of use and the taste. I use this in cooking. They are not quite as tasty as fresh eggs scrambled but are OK. I like that this product is 100% eggs, no additives. Be sure to measure as directed. Best powdered product I have ever used.

If you do your homework like I did you'll find lots of Whole Powdered Eggs are not American MADE!! The chickens are cage-free and the package contains ONE ingredient: EGG

Very happy with this product and have purchased multiple times. Powdered eggs can be notoriously bad, but these are an excellent quality product. Use chickpea liquid ( aquafaba) instead of water to enhance quality even more; but water is ok too.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I expected this to be like the dehydrated eggs you get at the hospital cafeteria which are fine. The first bite I gagged and had to spit it out. It was THAT bad. I even had cheese in it and it was absolutely inedible. My cat ate it. This expense package was a complete waste of money.
