This is the best value for money. I compare it to Amazon Nature Jim, and the quality is the same, just at less than half the price, for twice as much product. I already sprouted these beans twice, and nearly all of the beans sprouted in about four to five days. Just one tablespoon in a Mason jar was enough for two salads. There's no way to beat this price.

i decided to switch to a more Ayurvedic way of eating. i have purchased pre made Dal and then this. Easy to fix, fairly quick cooking process. Besides boiling it there are other ways to get it cooked and then the party begins when you add the East Indian spices to the Dal. So many combinations. going to take a long time to refine the recipes. i got tired of gaining weight and eating basically western diet and then never feel sated after eating whether it was sweet or savory. Always wanting more although id be beyond full. the Ayurvrdic style is very filling( it doesn't take much) and the full feeling lasts.

Was good soup 🍜 for my Pilipino garlic, onion, mongo beans, pork, chicken, shrimp, bittermellon leaves or fruit soup. Just right w/ pepper or coconut milk.

Love these mung beans for sprouting. Soak for 24 hours (rinse 2-3 times) and then drain and 24 (again, rinse 3-4 times to keep them moist) hours later you will have beautiful sprouts. I hang cheesecloth bags, but canning jars or colanders with a layer of cheesecloth or any natural fabric works great. These beans are super easy and strong sprouters!

Was with my pick up order and had a hole in both bags and teeth marks on both bags from rodents. Ugh!!!! Worried they have stocked other products on shelves with this problem!
