La Victoria has never failed me when it comes to flavor. The green mild enchilada sauce is just delicious. I add to my chicken mixture before wrapping in a tortilla and then smother it with the same sauce. It's sweet, yet tangy and bold. Since it's mild you don't get a whole lot of heat, but the flavor is still there.

This is my favorite enchilada sauce to use when making chicken enchiladas. It has a milder flavor and is a bit tangy with a hint of spice. This sauce is good with flour tortillas since it absorbs the flavor. The only thing is since the sauce doesn't have a very bold flavor you need to use more of it.

La Victoria mild green enchilada sauce is my new go to when I need to make a quick dinner & don't have time to make fresh green enchilada sauce. It is very flavorful & mild not hot kids are able to enjoy it. Had my sister over to try it when I received the sample for review & she loved it also. Said way better then the brand she's used in the past.

I have always been a fan of La Victoria red enchilada sauce and now I'm an even bigger fan of the Green Enchilada sauce! It's so simple to add to chicken and create a homemade meal that tastes just like the restaurant! And green nachos?! Wow! Game changer! I even added some to my avocado toast because I wanted some for breakfast. Then I thought about chilaquiles, ooh they were so good with the green sauce. It's not so spicy so I can serve it to my whole family but it adds a lot of flavor without having to add a ton of spices so it's fast. Being a busy, working mom I can appreciate products like this, especially because it's shelf stable so I always have it on hand! Hands down this will be a regular in my pantry right next to the red sauce!

Used this in conjunction with the medium green La Victoria Taco Sauce. I normally make Chile verde from scratch which is very time consuming. Cut a lot of time by adding the enchilada green sauce and green taco sauce. The taste…this enchilada sauce was almost a little too bland. It has a nice soft flavor for those who want some flavor but not the spice. I prefer spicy and that's why this didn't cut it. Adding the green taco sauce, a jalapeño and some seasoning boosted the flavor. Overall using the enchilada sauce saved me a ton of cooking and prepping time. It provided a nice green color to Chile Verde but just needed some additions to make it a little more flavorful.
