These capers are just the right size for chicken dishes. I am going to make chicken mirabella with them ( chicken thighs cooked in prunes, capers, green olives, red wine vinegar, dry cooking wine, parsley, and brown sugar).

I wasn't expecting much, but these capers are great! I add them to pastas and toasted breads and they instantly boost the flavor. Good quality and a solid pantry staple.

I love making chicken picata and adding capers and lemon zest takes it to the next level. Capers are also great on salmon or fish of any kind! Yum!

My favorite thing about this brand of capers is the jar. I like being able to get the capers out of the jar.

These are very tasty. I use them when I make baked cod fish, a recipe I found on line. The jar size is perfect for my use. I tried it once and have continued purchasing it since then. Love them!

We enjoy the flavor of Mozzetta Capers in veal piccata or chicken thighs with a yummy tomato sauce. They bring a lot of flavor to many different recipes.

Absolutely love these capers. They are very salty, but not so salty that they taste bad. Great to use in salads, pastas, and as a garnish. Also, they last forever! They seem to never get old.
