So many different formulas for Brain Support. Some are very expensive and you can't be sure if they actually help. This one is affordable and the ingredients are also good for things other than brain support, so I figured you can't go wrong, and I swear I'm sharper if I take it regularly. The only complaint I have is that they are kept locked up in my local store so I have to ring the bell and hope that someone comes to unlock it for me. Sometimes no one ever comes

I haven't had any side effects from using this supplement. The gel caps are tasteless and easy to swallow. The fact that Omega-3 and fish oil are added to this is a great idea to help with heart function. I am interested in how my brain reacts to the turmeric. I expect it will take some time to notice any change. They recommend taking two gel caps each day. If I notice a difference then Spring Valley Cognitive Health Omega Turmeric will be included in my daily supplements.

I test the efficacy of fish oil blends by timing %26 completing crossword puzzles.. Never was interested in them before. The puzzle designers cover quite a comprehensive span of fields of knowledge And categories of knowledge. Both are improving quite well. It's a science project for me.
