Put you to sleep
The best for helping you sleep better than melatonin and combined with magnesium, but results won't come in for three months in your system, but very worth it

Stress killer
Taking 5 grams a day seems to add a lot of benefits for stress relief and anxiety killer. Since they are only 500mg that's 10 a day. Wish they have a 2,500 mg version

I've been taking Spring Valley Ashwagandha Root Powder 500 mg capsules at night for over a year on my doctor's recommendation, and they've been great. They're easy to swallow, gentle on my stomach, provide natural stress and sleep support, and help me wind down without any weird side effects. Good value and a simple nightly addition to my routine.

Too many bad side effects for me, no benefits.
I thought it would help with sleep, but all it did was make me extremely drowsy during the day, gave me headaches, dizzy, and after a few days, I felt terrible, and I could not function. I am discontinuing the use of this.
