If my local Walmart super center would stock Vanquish, I would buy it there, as I need it. Since it doesn't stock the product any longer, I am forced to buy it online, and to save money, in bulk. This is the only otc. pain reliever that works for me.

No stomach upset!
This product is quite effective and does not cause the stomach upset that is sometimes experienced with other, similar products.

freedom from pain
this is the best thing ever. I used them when I lived in Kansas. It was the only thing that would get rid of my migraine headaches. Thought it was off the market until my brother-in-law told me you could buy it from Walmart. I can not gt them in the store but can buy on line. I was so excited to find this again. It works great for my arthritis pain also.
