Seems to be helping my sleep with my prescription.
Large pill to swallow. I heard that it helps with sleep from doctors on their podcasts. It has helped me sleep and I don't feel and side effects in the morning.

Great for sleep enhancement
I am taking Apigenin to enhance my sleep, and it does seem to work very well. This is a good product at a good price point.
