Just got this in today and it seems like it will be comfortable but disappointed that one side has a rip/tear in the fabric.

I was very disappointed in the quality of this product. I have had one that I have purchased previously that was similar to this but much better. The quality of the foam is poor and it took days for it to begin to open up several times in the dryer, the small pillow that goes across the top for your neck is so small it doesn't make very much of a difference.
