This is my favorite go-to instant oatmeal! I add some cinnamon and blueberries afterwards and it's so delicious! This is a must especially during winter when we have frequent power outages and I can still boil water on the gas stove to make this!

After trying several brands of organic instant oatmeal, I have decided this is the best. It has lower sugar than most others, although I would prefer none. Also, it is practically impossible to find one which is organic and gluten free. That is the reason for my 4 star rating, as opposed to 5. That said, the packets are noticeably larger than the well known brand, and it has flax, which is a plus. The texture is more like the long cooked variety, and not mushy like some instant varieties. The taste is good, I use some salt, butter and fruit. It makes a healthful breakfast.

I thought this was healthy oatmeal until I read the ingredients, too much sugar.
