Let me tell you, this sushi rice is just like having it at a restaurant. The value for this product isn’t expensive and would buy again. The design is sleek and simple which I love.

I make it in my Instapot. I use one cup of rice to one cup of water for perfect rice every time. Sushi rice is small, sticky and plump. It’s high in starch which helps make it sticky and moldable.

I like to use it in my poke bowls with cucumber and chicken. I ate it before I got a picture. Ha! The 4Sisters rice is excellent and I definitely recommend it.
