My whole family loves it. My son is Autistic with food aversion, so finding any food that he likes is nearly impossible. His two main "safe foods" are the bow tie noodles and the spaghetti noodles. My wallet thanks Wal-mart's Great Value brand of these two staple foods for my family! the price/shelf life makes it possible for me to keep a good stock of it in the pantry.
Very good product just as good as the name brands only a cheaper price if you need pasta like this I would definitely recommend this brand because you’ll get it for a cheaper price save yourself some money it tastes just as good
We really enjoyed this pasta! Bowtie is not only a delicious food, but it's fun to eat. The kids loved it. The pasta made for a grand time at the dinner table. Everyone was pleased. The pasta was delicious, inexpensive and easy to prepare. It was an all around fun experience for everyone!
I buy these all the time, I compared them to the Barilla brand and I don't know why I would spend more when these are just as good. I like that upon cooking them they do not break and get all soggy, they remain "Al dente" and mix well in salads and with sauces. They are an excellent staple in my pantry.
I love these bowtie pasta for salad, pasta sauce, and crispy from the air fryer. They taste just like the more expensive brand so there's no reason to waste your money on those pricier ones. Throw them in a pretty storage container and you'll never know the difference.
I love the size, shape, and texture of bowtie pasta. I make mine in the microwave, in a large bowl (about 10 minutes, covered in water), and it's perfect. I bought this one to make a pepper and beef casserole. It's just a wonderful, versatile pasta, and it goes with so many dishes, or even as a side dish with some garlic butter. Great Value wins on this one!
I used the Great Value Bowties (12 oz) from Walmart to make cabbage and bows, and they held up really well for such an inexpensive pasta. The shape is perfect for catching bits of sautéed cabbage and seasoning in every bite, which really makes the dish feel more hearty and satisfying. They cooked evenly and stayed pleasantly firm without turning mushy, even after being tossed with butter, onions, and cabbage in the skillet. For a budget-friendly pasta, the texture is honestly better than expected—no weird aftertaste, and they didn’t fall apart while mixing. The 12 oz size is also just right for a family meal or a couple of leftovers. Overall, this is a solid pantry staple. If you’re making something simple like cabbage and bows or other buttered pasta dishes, it does exactly what you need it to do without costing much.
I have an aunt who really likes bowtie pasta. When she comes over for a patio visit, I’m going to make this for her. Thank you to Walmart for keeping it in stock and not charging more than you do for regular spaghetti.
Great Value bow ties are very tasty, and I love using them in salads. The price is great too. These taste as good as brand name noodles at a better price.
I received an email with a $30 promotion code. When I finished shopping, I put the code TRIPLE10 and it said it was "invalid". I received quite a few of these emails and each time I tried to use the promo code it always says "invalid". What is the problem? Why do you send a promo code that doesn't work time after time? Looks like false advertising to me!!
