This is my favorite go-to instant oatmeal! I add some cinnamon and blueberries afterwards and it's so delicious! This is a must especially during winter when we have frequent power outages and I can still boil water on the gas stove to make this!

Great tasting and easy-to-make organic oatmeal! By eating it, you ensure getting in your flax seed requirements. This oatmeal is hard to find in the supermarkets, so I buy several at a time from iHerb. The prices are great also.

These oatmeals are fabulous and very tasty. I have tried most flavours and they are a must have especially going into the colder season. I only buy this brand because it's organic and non-gmo.

Flex seeds are great to go with oats. However i find the paper packging is not so ideal to keep them longer.

I thought this was healthy oatmeal until I read the ingredients, too much sugar.
