Excellent yeast! I especially love to bake homemade bread or sweet rolls. The bread rises better %26 has a nicer flavor. Also easier to work with while kneading. I wish my local Super Walmart store carried this item!

if you're a home bread baker, use this yeast! Superior quality and results.

Rarely do I review.. but, On the up side; I did recognize and appreciate the improved results compared to common grocery store brands. Platinum describes it perfectly, Just a cut above the rest. I experiment regularly to hone improved results with recipes with attention to details. Down side: difficult to find at the local grocers so online order and shipping times with charges involved. therefore, the four star rating.

I ordered this baking yeast 1 week ago with same day delivery. It is coming from Pennsylvania. Crazy! I live in Montana. And I ordered it to bake some bread and now have to wait 5 more days. I can't drive now... to this is a drag. I am not happy.

Package was received in the mail and it was empty. Don't order online, just buy it in the store.

$25.00 for 3 little pouches of yeast approximately 6 teaspoons. When I ordered I checked the 4 pack each pack contains 3 pouches but only got 1 pack. They argued the order was filled correctly.
