I bought this on a huge markdown and decided with the price, its durability wouldn't be as much of a factor. I received it yesterday when it was pouring down rain so set up today. It required connecting an extension bar to the ribs, a design I have never seen before. I assume the base frame is used for the 7.5ft umbrella and then these extensions are more efficient in manufacturing than building a larger frame for the 9ft umbrellas. The process was very simple, and then you tuck the ribs into the pockets along the edge of the umbrella. The crank is also interesting because it just turns clockwise to open and close, in a continuous loop. Time will tell if this design works well. It looks very nice. I am pleased with my purchase.

The Ainfox 7.5 ft Tan Outdoor Market Patio Umbrella fits my needs for my front patio. Not too big or small. I am going to admire the tan cloth color of the umbrella as long as it is still new and has a brilliant color. However I know that it will soon fade from the harsh weather and bright sun of South Texas. Too bad that these patio umbrellas cannot retain its color like new after years of use. In the past I have owned no less than 5 patio umbrellas and all have faded and weathered.

Last summer I tried an inexpensive canopy over my outdoor table. Wrong choice! It was a pain to mow under and every time it rained I had to use a rake handle to get rid of the pooled water. When I saw your umbrella, I thought that it would be the solution but I was afraid it would be flimsy. When it was delivered, I was pleased with the quality of the product, its convenience and its appearance. It was well worth the price!

The reason for the four star instead of five is the 13' x 6' does not have air gussets allowing air to move. It concerns me because of the air flow factor during windy days which I will definitely need to lower the umbrella.

I do love the thatched look of the umbrella. It opens with ease. The big issue I have with this particular umbrella is that the pole is very short. It is not the same height as other umbrellas that I have which is weird. It also has no tie to secure it closed or at least not one I could find.

no way this umbrella is worth the "discounted" price i payed!! it has NO vents on top, does not tilt, fabric is cheap and the pole is made generically. i had tonremove the ring for it to lock and the height is too short to fit in ground. I purchased a wooden one, with walmart, for less than this one and its made sooo much sturdier taller and has vent on top. pass on this product.

We thought the price was too good to be true and it was. Very thin material, Probably will last only one season. You get what you pay for but they showed regular price was over $100 so we had hoped the sale price of $30 was a great deal. NOT..WE will use it this season and throw it in the nearest Walmarts Dumpster after the season.

i ordered this product which was supposed tobe here in 3 days and it never showed up. I emailed the company with no response in 7 days so I then called and they promised they would reorder it and it would be here in a few days that they were going to expedite it. Again it never showed up so I called again because tracking said it went to Texas for the second time. The money had already came out if my bank account. So i called again and they promised me that they would refund my money within 5 - 10 days . I waited 15 days and I never received my refund so I called them again and again they promised they would expedite my refund so I waited another 5 days and still no refund. I wound up having to go to my bank and file a claim to get my money back. But I had to deal with this for 3 months. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!

I cannot put this thing together I've been trying for 2 hours arguing with AI I have no clue how to do it I don't know if I'm missing parts or not and the instructions says just to snap it together and put it up which isn't true they gave me six ribs that I need to attach to part of the umbrella but there is nowhere to attach them to then it says I should have a wire but I don't have a wire it didn't come with any parts I'm very upset I'm very frustrated and it takes a lot to get me this way I want to send it back

I ordered 6 of these umbrellas and received six, however they had run out of the color I ordered so 3 of them were replaced with a different color. They did not notify me or ask if I wanted a different color, it was a surprise when I opened the boxes! Obviously, I did not want non-matching umbrellas. The only good thing was that the return process was fairly easy.
