I got this little heating pad. Keep my feet warm, because I thought it'd be dual purpose. We could also use it on our back or neck or knee whatever. So far so good. It is super super soft. I do like that. And it's big enough to cover my feet and keep them warm. But now I'm kind of spoiled and I think I need heated slippers so we'll see how that works out for me. It's a good heating pad.

I like that are 9 heat settings because I can fine-tune the heat level. The instruction page had some spelling errors, some incorrect words such as "plate" instead of "pad", and punctuation errors. The control is easy to use and is split off from the main cable, so it is really close to the pad.

its larger than i thought which was great csuse its for the back pain, its washable which i like, the fabric is soft and its blue so far its very nice

I really like this heating pad. It is so soft and the size is great for covering the entire back!! It has a lot of heat settings but, I haven't used it over 3. Works great!!

the control is confusing to operate even after a few uses. There are three separate buttons to control the power, length of time/use, and heat level. The product is great and works well, it was just hard for me to get it adjusted to a comfortable level to use on my back

I like it but I'd honestly wouldn't recommend it unless you're on a budget when I first turned it on I left it on while I was eating so that I can see if it works and when I saw it I saw an error message on it because the remote overheated so I had to unplug it and it worked again but it heats up well if you keep it Max on 7

this isn't the same as in the advertisement which looks like their older style. the pad is soft but only gets up 138°f when folded in half. if I lay flat only 110°f it's 72°f in my home right now. it also has 9 heat ( 80f-140) setting not 6 (100°f-160) it's going back I looked for the hottest and longest time heating pad for this price. most shut off 2 hours now. I'm in chronic pain and need a better heating pad. Amazon had one for 21$ last 6 hours goes to 150f.

This fell apart after using for 1 month. The cord comes off every time you move, and a code pops up and you have to unplug it for it to work again only to have the whole process happen again and again.

This heating is a good size and works good, but the controls are confusing and not easy to navigate and takes a lot of clicking to get the temperature and settings you want.

PRODUCT RECEIVED IS NOT THE SAME AS THE PRODUCT THAT'S ADVERTISED!!!! After LOTS of searching, I picked this heating pad specifically for the digital screen and the fact that its timer can go up to four hours when most run two.
